The two-phase development provided the company with the possibility of accommodation for almost 600 employees. In offices equipped with large amounts of hardware, cooling and ventilation are the chief environmental concerns. The facility, located inside Synergia Building, employs a low-energy environmental strategy and a wide range of new technology building systems.

Architects and engineers provided comfortable conditions maintained by combining displacement ventilation with natural cooling from the high thermal mass of the building’s exposed structure. When supplementary ventilation and cooling are needed, the BMS can simply open the openable windows or in the warmest summer days it can connect the air conditioning system. Heat gain is minimized by extensive use of aluminum sun-shades as part of the low-energy facade design.
