The 18,876 m2 facilities feature stadium theaters with excellent visibility and activities such as theme-based amusements, games, shopping and a small coffee shop. The construction of the complex project took nine months, and the architectural design is sleek and modern. The interior finish used mixed metallic and concrete structures, and varied finishing textures were used in balconies, stairways and halls.
The brick-shaped box dominates the image of the shopping center, and three connections were opened into the existing commercial area. The main screen has a dimension of 13x6 meters. The multi-storey atrium overlooks the shopping center, providing remarkable views for visitors.
Concession areas are located in the main lobby, three levels above street level. The project relies on public transportation for the people who visit the commercial facilities.
